Submitting an Application over the Phone
Due to high call volume, you may not be able to reach us immediately on our hotline. For your convenience, we recommend submitting your application via the Internet, mail, or fax.
If you do call, either to submit your application over the phone or to ask questions not covered in our FAQ, the Poll Worker Hotline number is 212-227-0342 ext. 46. Please bear in mind that if you choose to apply by phone, you will need to tell us all the information required to complete the application.
